About the Unit Right Choice Turkiye Sports Health Center was established to analyze the health status of athletes and active individuals in detail, to prevent sudden health problems (such as heart attack), and to increase athletic performance with scientific data. In our center, screenings are carried out in accordance with international “FIFA Medical Centre of Excellence” criteria.
Our Services and Applied Tests
1. Professional Athlete Check-up Package It is the comprehensive health screening required by athletes before the season or during transfer periods.
Cardiological Risk Analysis: A detailed map of your heart health is created with 12-Lead ECG, Transthoracic Echocardiography (ECHO), and Stress ECG tests.
Pulmonary Function Tests (PFT): Lung capacity and oxygen utilization efficiency are measured.
Orthopedic Screening: The condition of muscles, joints, and connective tissues, detection of areas at risk of injury, and posture analysis are performed.
2. Performance Analysis Laboratory We determine the limits of your body with scientific data to help you reach your goals.
VO2 Max Measurement: With this test, which is the gold standard of aerobic capacity, your endurance threshold (Anaerobic Threshold) is determined.
Lactate Test: Your fatigue threshold is determined by measuring the lactic acid level accumulating in the blood.
Isokinetic Strength Test: Strength imbalances between muscle groups are measured (e.g., Right/Left leg difference).
3. Standard VIP Check-up Special packages for those who do not do sports but want to keep their health under control.
Laboratory Tests: Hemogram, Liver/Kidney function tests, Cholesterol panel, Thyroid hormones, Vitamin (D, B12), and Mineral levels.
Radiological Imaging: Whole Abdominal Ultrasonography, Chest X-ray, and Thyroid Ultrasound.
Internal Medicine Examination: Evaluation of all results by our internal medicine specialist.
