Increasing training efficiency is possible not only by working out but also by eating right.

  1. Consume carbohydrates 2 hours before training.
  2. Take protein within 30 minutes after training for muscle repair.
  3. Consume at least 3 liters of water a day.
  4. Stay away from processed sugar and acidic drinks.
  5. Have regular blood tests for vitamin and mineral deficiencies.
